DEFINE
The MAXIMA - LIFE COACH ACADEMY is the official Life Coach Training School
and Training Strategy of MAXIMA TRAINING & CONSULTING.
MAJOR PURPOSE
The major purpose of this academy is to inspire, equip and empower an
individual called to be a Maxima life coach, to become a competent
successful and highly effective Life Coach.
LIFE COACH
A Life Coach is a person divinely called to specialise in motivating,
training and consulting people to practice success enhancing and life
enriching principles or skills, and thereby helping them to achieve and
experience maximum success and happiness in every aspect of life.
IN-SERVICE TRAINING METHOD
We are committed to follow an in-service training method based on the
model of in-service training.
We subscribe to the following in-service training methods to equip a
student to become a competent Life Coach:
Attend MAXIMA Talks, Seminars, Empower Hour and Supportive Meetings.
Fulfil specific & identified MAXIMA Functional Duties.
Study and Write MAXIMA Training Course Tests/Exams.
Attend and participate in MAXIMA Staff Meetings.
Be managed and mentored by MAXIMA - Management.
Participate in MAXIMA ‘Solo’ and ‘Shadow’ Training and Consulting.
The Life Coach Academy process consists of the
following ten phases:
Step 1 – Interview - Conditions

Step 2 – Team member agreement
Step 3 - Attend course training
Step 4 - Undergo course test
Step 5 - Course training accreditation
Step 6 - Course shadow training - 25%
Step 7 - Course shadow training - 50%
Step 8 - Course solo training release
Step 9 - Repeat process - 4 to 10 - 20
courses
Step 10 - Maxima coach appointment
Experiential learning and training in each of the above phases allows for
the Life Coach to become competent in the holistic approach that Maxima
operate with in the personal development of people.
As Education Training and Development Practitioners, each of our prescribed
modules are in the process of becoming accredited with the Services Seta.
